space at The 2008 Ohio Council of the International
Reading Association Annual Conference?
If you are interested in setting up a table to
sell and promote literacy items at the Ohio Council of the International
Reading Association 2008 fall conference, please complete the request
form (Word document - for a rich text format document, click here)
and e-mail it to Tracy Alley by July 30th, 2008. You will not be required
to pay the fee unless you are approved to be an exhibitor at the conference.
We will contact you via e-mail by August 30th or earlier.
The cost of an exhibitor’s booth is $50.00 for a standard size
display table.
The conference registration table opens at 7:30am so it would be very
beneficial to be set up early so attendees who want to begin shopping
early can begin before the conference officially begins at 9:00am. The
tables must be cleared by 5:00pm. Conference attendees will have time
to shop throughout the day (fifteen minute breaks between every session
and general assembly as well as time before the conference begins and
after the conference ends). There are usually around two hundred attendees
at the conference.
