Hall of Fame Award Nomination Form

Dear Council Presidents:

You and your colleagues are a vital part of literacy education for the state of Ohio.  In order to recognize outstanding contributions by our council members, the executive board of OCIRA is establishing an OCIRA Reading Hall of Fame.  We would like to induct local council members into our Hall of Fame each year at our fall conference.  We are asking each council to nominate one member to be considered.  Please complete the attached form and return it by June 1st, 2008.
