Ohio Literacy Award Nomination Form

Dear Local Council President and Field Representatives,

Attached is a form for the Ohio Literacy Award. 

Please nominate someone from your area to receive this honor who has already received the Celebrate Literacy Award.  (The Celebrate Literacy Award certificates are available from IRA Headquarters: 1 800 336 READ and can be presented at a local council meeting.) The award winner will be announced at the Fall 2010 OCIRA Conference and will receive a complimentary OCIRA membership for 2010-2011.
